  • In 2002, a brain injury dramatically changed my life, leading me to explore Ayurvedic medicine. I spent much time in South India, where I received treatment and over time, learned about Vedic herbs and combinations. Inspired by my experiences, I trained in Ayurvedic Facial Champissage and Pranic healing, discovering that I had a natural understanding and connection with herbal combinations.

    Due to olfactory damage from the brain injury, my senses of taste and smell were lost. As time passed, I began to find new ways to process sensory information without them. My other senses, particularly my hearing and touch, started to compensate; I found I could hear energy and feel it travelling through my hands in response to information.

  • In 2006 I began to make Ayurvedic inspired natural skincare to use alongside head and facial massage treatments. I honed dowsing skills to create recipes that were finely balanced combinations of different oils and natural ingredients. I added sound vibrations to amplify the treatments with biosonic tuning forks placed on facial acupressure points. As I became increasingly aware of, and interested in the power of subtle energies and vibrational medicine I began to work with the Phylak Spagyric essence collection and in 2013 completed my Divine Healing Masterkey level 4 training. 

    Blueprint remedies are a constellation of all these different strands of learning. From a deep-rooted love of flowers and culinary and medicinal herbs to a fascination with the high-frequency vibration of channelled essences, which are so relevant in the 21st-century world, it all plays a part in creating Blueprint remedies.

    Spagyric essences

    Spagyric extraction is an alchemical process whereby the botanical properties and the spiritual frequency of each chosen plant remain intact. The acids, oils and minerals from all parts of each plant are extracted separately and then reunited in a perfect 5-dimensional map of the original plant. More than 100 spagyric essences are gentle enough to have no contraindications whilst potent and penetrating enough to yield exceptional physical, mental, emotional and spiritual support.

    Kalahari essences

    During a trip to the southern Kalahari desert, I found myself deeply inspired by the indigenous flora. The abundance of different grasses, flowers and trees is mesmerising, all with their own unique signatures. Nourished by the extraordinarily powerful light, unpolluted air and the charge of the land, these plants have a phenomenal life force that even in the dry, winter months is undiminished.

    Australian Bush flower essences

    Australian bush flower essences are vibrational essences made from the wild plants of the Australian bush. Their creator, Ian White, is a fifth-generation herbalist of immense insight.     Wild Earth Animal essences

    Wild earth animal essences are healing tools created by Daniel Mapel during a ceremony that invokes the spirit of specific animals. The resulting essence contains the animal's vibrational imprint and energy and gives humankind invaluable access to the wisdom of the animal kingdom.

  • This is an individually tailored formula made specifically for you. It is a combination of dozens of essences selected from hundreds of herbal, flower, gem and channelled essences to create a highly focused formula aligned with and supporting your unique vibration. It can be made for a specific physical, emotional or spiritual issue that you wish to work on, or it can encompass whatever surfaces to form general constitutional support. Very often the two are the same.  

    It can be made with or without a consultation, followed by a remote in-depth reading and the creation of your remedy. A consultation can be useful if you need time to talk through what is going on. Not choosing a consultation does not mean that the remedy is any less exact.  

    Along with your remedy you receive information on how often and how much to take and detailed notes about the chosen essences that it contains and their properties. A bespoke Blueprint remdedy takes between 4-5 weeks to be fully absorbed and integrated into your system.  

    Blueprint remedies are all packaged in blue glass. All ingredients are chosen for their integrity and potency, are vegan and chemical free.

Cancellation policy: 

24-hour notice is required for cancellation; this gives enough time for the session to be re-filled.  If notification is under 24 hours and the appointment space cannot be re-filled, 50% will be charged.

Hydrosols

A hydrosol is a steam distillation of plant material to extract the essential oils and water soluble parts of the plant to create a “flower water". This can be used, depending on which plant is used, for emotional or physical first aid by spraying onto your skin, around you, into a room or car, onto sheets, pillows or clothes.

“A hydrosol contains all of the plant in every drop, like a hologram. The water-soluble parts, the essential oil molecules and the very fluid that was flowing through the plant cells, when the plant was collected. It is all there, in a matrix of living water.” Suzanne Catty

All Blueprint remedy hydrosols are hand made during the summer months from plants grown and spring water collected in my garden. The hydrosol is then amplified by infusing with a specific quartz or crystal for 24 hours. They form the base of Blueprint energy sprays and can also be purchased individually.

  • This hydrosol is made each year within days of the summer solstice when the sunlight is at its’ strongest.

    Contains: English garden roses, spring water and rose quartz. 

    Spray a fine mist to cool, soothe, nourish, comfort and heal.

    Useful to diffuse anger, anxiety and support the heart through times of grief, heartbreak or disappointment. 

    Cooling and moisturising for the skin. 

    Rose quartz amplifies the harmonising and soothing properties of the hydrosol.

    Spray a fine mist to balance, relax, calm, clear, and strengthen.

    Effective in first aid, for burns, wounds, insect bites, sunburn, rashes & itching, headaches and travel fatigue.

    Amethyst amplifies the cleansing, protective, tension reducing and immune boosting properties of Lavender.

  • Mentha suaveolens, spring water and rose quartz. 

     

    Spray a fine mist to cool and refresh. Anti inflammatory for both emotions and the skin.

    Useful for hot flushes, fever, sunburn and feeling overheated.

    Rose quartz amplifies the soothing and refreshing properties of apple mint.

  • Salvia officinalis, spring water and rose quartz. 

    Supports clearing energies in a room/car/train etc. 

    Many skin uses: anti-aging treatment, purifying oily skin or to protect during exposure to sun/wind. 

    Rose quartz amplifies the healing properties of the hydrosol.

    Avoid if high blood pressure, in preganancy or if you are reactive to oestrogen – Please let me know when ordering if you are taking HRT or hormone suppressant medication.

  • Rosemarinus officinalis, spring water and clear quartz.

    Spray a fine mist to support focus & concentration. A helpful pick-me-up.

    Can be added to shampoo or conditioner or sprayed onto washed hair for shiny hair or as a scalp tonic.

    A circulatory stimulant. Can be sprayed onto strained muscles to aid circulation and healing.

    Clear quartz is used to support clearing and then amplify the activating properties of Rosemary.

    Use carefully if there is a tendency to hightened blood pressure.

    Apple mint, Rosemary & Sage - for concentration, fatigue (avoid excessive use in pregnancy or if high blood pressure.)
