My passion for plants has been evolving since childhood. It has travelled through many phases. From a deep-rooted love of flowers and culinary and medicinal herbs to a fascination with the high-frequency vibration of flower essences, Blueprint remedies is the constellation of all those threads.
My special interest at this time, is in the things that go unsaid. The seams of unconscious patterning that run back though family lines and arrive in our lifetime causing imbalance, illness and pain. These patterns are woven behind our moments in the shadows. Loss, shock, illness and times of pain can be times of opportunity to look deeply, let go and move forward. This is much more easily said than done. Flower essences are uniquely positioned to bring support during these times. Whether it is an essence to support immunity or hormone balance, one to hold you during times of grief or overwhelm or one to help connect deeply with your roots or your power, Blueprint remedies are a tool kit of support.

After experiencing a brain injury in my early 30’s I was lead to explore Ayurvedic medicine. Over time in Kerala, South India I learned about Vedic herbs and combinations and inspired by my experiences there, I trained in Ayurvedic facial champissage and Pranic healing. The injury to my brain had resulted in the loss of my senses of smell and taste and over time I began to find other ways to absorb and process subtle information. My other senses, particularly my hearing and touch began to compensate and I found that I could hear energy and feel it travelling through my hands in response to information.
In 2006 I began to make Ayurvedic inspired natural skincare to use alongside head and facial massage treatments, using dowsing skills to create recipes that were finely balanced combinations of different oils and natural ingredients. The addition of sound vibrations with biosonic tuning forks placed on facial acupressure points amplified the treatments. As I grew increasingly aware of and interested in the power of subtle energies and vibrational medicine I began to work with the Phylak Spagyric essence collection and in 2013 completed my Divine Healing Masterkey level 4 training.
More recently, travelling to the Kalahari desert in Southern Africa has led to the creation of a set of flower essences made from the indigenous plants found in the bushland. They work beautifully with the other ingredients I use and are the next step of Blueprint remedies.

Spagyric essences
The term ‘spagyric’ comes from Greek words to separate and reunite. Spagyric essences are potent herbal remedies made through an alchemical process of separating, purifying and reuniting a plant’s spirit (alcohol) soul (essential oils) and body (mineral salts). These essences capture a plants entire therapeutic spectrum and offer deep healing for body, mind and spirit.

Kalahari essences
The indigenous flora of the southern Kalahari desert offer remarkable therapeutic support. The abundance of different grasses, flowers and trees is mesmerising, all with their own unique signatures. Nourished by powerful light, unpolluted air and the charge of the land, these plants have a phenomenal life force. Over several years I have created a collection of 27 Kalahari flower essences.

Australian Bush flower essences
Australian bush flower essences are vibrational essences made from the wild plants of the Australian bush. Their creator, Ian White, is a fifth-generation herbalist of immense insight. These remedies ease and release the full spectrum of emotional imbalances that are part of our human condition but can block our access to our higher selves.

This is a single 30ml formula, made after an intuitive reading and taken every day for 4-6 weeks. It is a combination of dozens of essences selected from hundreds of herbal, flower, gem and channelled essences to create a highly focused remedy aligned with and supporting your unique vibration at this time. It can be made for a specific physical, emotional or spiritual issue that you wish to work on, or it can encompass whatever surfaces to form general constitutional support. Very often the two are the same.
It can be made with or without a verbal consultation followed by a remote in depth reading and the creation of your remedy. A consultation is useful if you need to talk through what is going on. Not choosing a consultation does not mean that the remedy is any less exact.
Along with your remedy you receive information on how often and how much to take and detailed notes about the chosen essences that it contains and their properties.

Cancellation policy:
24-hour notice is required for cancellation; this gives enough time for the session to be re-filled. If it is less than 24 hours, 50% will be charged if an appointment cannot be filled.
Hydrosols
“A hydrosol contains all of the plant in every drop, like a hologram. The water-soluble parts, the essential oil molecules and the very fluid that was flowing through the plant cells, when the plant was collected. It is all there, in a matrix of living water.” Suzanne Catty
All Blueprint remedy hydrosols are hand made during the summer months from plants grown and spring water collected in my garden. The hydrosol is then amplified by infusing with a specific quartz or crystal for 24 hours. It is then packaged in 50ml or 100ml blue glass bottles with an atomiser spray top. Hydrosols can be sprayed around you, into a room or car, onto sheets, pillows or clothes. They often form the base of Blueprint remedies’ essence combinations, but can be purchased individually.

Spray a fine mist to support focus & concentration. A helpful pick-me-up.
Can be added to shampoo or conditioner or sprayed onto washed hair for shiny hair or as a scalp tonic.
A circulatory stimulant. Can be sprayed onto strained muscles to aid circulation and healing.
Clear quartz is used to support clearing and then amplify the activating properties of Rosemary.
Use carefully if there is a tendency to hightened blood pressure.
